APPROVED RATE AND FORM FILINGS
In Pennsylvania, rate and form filings which have been approved are available for public review. To make these filings accessible to interested parties via the internet, the Pennsylvania Insurance Department is utilizing the SERFF Filing Access ("SFA") website. Through the SFA, you can view filings conveniently from your home, office or anywhere you have access to a computer, at any time – day or night. There is no charge associated with this method. Alternatively, you may review the public company filings by contacting our offices at 717-787-0877, scheduling an appointment using the request form, or you may submit a formal written request to the department via email at email@example.com.
All filings are subject to Pennsylvania's public access statute and interested parties will only be able to view the details of the filing that are marked eligible for public access.
